Overview
Read the main dashboard metrics for revenue, subscribers, retention, and usage.
The Dashboard overview gives server owners a current operating snapshot for one Discord server. It pulls from Stripe events, subscription state, and Arcalotl analytics rollups.
What the overview shows
The overview includes:
- MRR: Monthly recurring revenue in cents
- Active subscribers: Current active subscriber count
- Recovery rate: Share of failed-payment recovery attempts that succeeded
- Save rate: Share of cancellation-save attempts that kept the subscription
The same overview response also includes subscriber metrics, plan metrics, and usage metrics so the dashboard can show revenue, subscriber movement, plan performance, and Arcalotl fees in one place.
Data freshness
Dashboard data is updated from Stripe webhooks, Discord interactions, and analytics rollups. Use it as the operating view for your subscription business in Discord.
The connected account also includes charge, refund, dispute, card, invoice, and payout records for payment operations.
Access
Sign in with Discord, then choose the server you want to manage. A user must have dashboard access for that server before they can view overview data.
Admins can change plans and settings. View-only access can review metrics without changing configuration.
