Donations

The Dashboard Donations view shows donation performance and manages the active donation path for the selected server.

Summary cards

The top cards show:

• Total Donators: Unique members who have completed a donation.
• Total Donated: Successful donation volume in the donation currency.
• Average Donation: Average completed donation amount.

Recent donations

The Recent Donations list shows completed donation records and their current access state.

Each row includes:

• Donator
• Amount
• Status
• Access
• Date

Statuses include paid, expired, refunded, and disputed donations. Pending or failed checkout attempts are not shown in this list.

Manage the donation path

Select Create Donation when no donation path exists. When one is active, select Edit Donation.

The dialog controls the same fields used during setup: title, currency, default amount, minimum amount, maximum amount, optional donor role, and optional timed role access.

Use Delete Donations when you no longer want to accept donations. This removes the donation path from member-facing surfaces, but previous donation records remain available in the dashboard.
