The Arcalotl dashboard gives server owners a current operating view of subscriptions, plans, activity, and retention performance.
Key metrics

Dashboard features
- Overview: Revenue, subscriber, plan, and usage metrics for the selected server.
- Activity feed: Recent subscription, billing, and retention events.
- Subscribers: Search and filter subscribers by status, plan, and member.
- Plans: Create, update, and archive tiers and billing options.
- Retention settings: Configure payment recovery, cancel saves, and term optimization.
- Retention metrics: Review dunning, cancel-save, and annual upgrade performance.

Accessing the dashboard
Sign in with Discord, choose the server you want to manage, and use the dashboard navigation to move between overview, subscribers, plans, settings, and retention.
Dashboard access follows your Discord membership and server role. Admins can manage plans and settings; view-only roles can review metrics without changing configuration.
