Manage Subscribers
View, manage, and support your subscribers.
Once members subscribe, Arcalotl handles billing state and Discord role access automatically. Use the dashboard for admin views and use Discord commands for member self-service.
View subscribers in the dashboard
The Subscribers view shows members across active, past-due, cancelling, cancelled, paused, incomplete, and trialing subscription states.

Subscriber records include:
- Display name and platform user ID
- Plan name and billing interval
- Subscription status
- Current period end
- Total paid
- Last payment date when available
- Stripe customer IDs when available
You can filter by status, filter by plan, search by member, and page through results.
Monitor subscriber activity
The dashboard overview and activity feed show subscription activity, revenue metrics, churn, payment recovery, cancel-save performance, and term optimization results.

Member self-service commands
Members can manage their own subscriptions from Discord:
/subscribe: Browse plans and start Stripe Checkout./manage: View subscription status and open Stripe Billing Portal./cancel: Start cancellation and any configured save flow.
When a member runs /cancel, Arcalotl collects a reason first. If that reason
maps to a configured save offer, the member sees the offer before the
cancellation is scheduled.
Billing support
Arcalotl links members to Stripe Billing Portal from /manage, so they can update payment methods and billing details without staff handling card data.
