How Arcalotl pricing works. Transaction fees and what you actually pay.
Arcalotl has no monthly fees, no setup costs, and no minimums. You pay only when you earn.
Stripe processing fees are separate and still apply to each payment.
Fee structure

The same transaction fee applies to every successful payment, whatever produced it: a standard renewal, a payment recovered through dunning, a saved cancellation, a one-time purchase, a donation, or an annual upgrade through term optimization. A $10.00 payment costs $0.20; a $96.00 annual upgrade costs $1.92.
How fees are collected
Arcalotl uses Stripe Connect Direct Charges. When a member pays, the money goes directly to your Stripe account. Arcalotl's platform fee is collected as a Stripe application fee on each charge, and you can review it in your Stripe dashboard.
You never need to pay Arcalotl separately. Fees are deducted automatically at the time of each transaction.

Billing FAQ
When do fees start? Fees begin with your first subscriber payment. There is nothing to pay before that.
Are Stripe fees included? No. Stripe processing fees are charged by Stripe. Arcalotl fees are separate application fees collected through Stripe Connect.
Where can I see my fees? Review Stripe application fees in your Stripe dashboard and review subscription performance in the Arcalotl dashboard.
