Why the fees matter more than the sticker price
Most community payment tools advertise a monthly price and a percentage. The monthly price is the smaller number and the one people compare. The percentage is what actually decides how much you keep, because it scales with everything you earn.
Arcalotl charges 2% of each successful payment and nothing monthly, on your own Stripe account. The calculators above put that next to what everyone else publishes, at whatever revenue you actually run.
Failed payments are the part nobody quotes. A card that expires costs the full subscription, not a percentage of it, and a community with no recovery sequence loses those members silently. The recovery calculator sizes that.
