Dunning
The process of recovering failed subscription payments through automated outreach and retry sequences.
MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
The predictable, recurring revenue earned each month from active subscriptions, normalized to a monthly figure.
Churn Rate
The percentage of subscribers who cancel or stop paying within a given period. It is the inverse of retention.
Cancel Saves
Retention offers presented when a subscriber tries to cancel, such as discounts, pauses, or downgrades.
Term Optimization
Upgrading engaged monthly subscribers to annual billing to lock in revenue and reduce churn risk.
