Work with us
Arcalotl is a small team building the subscription platform for communities on Discord, Fluxer, and the platforms coming after them. We have no open roles right now, and we are always open to meeting people who could help with sales, partnerships, or development.
Where help would matter
Sales
Talk with community creators on Discord and Fluxer, walk them from a first plan to a first paying member, and bring what you hear back to the roadmap.
Partners
Build the relationships around the product: bot directories, platform teams, communities that run on more than one platform, and the integrations they ask for.
Development
A Go backend, a Next.js dashboard and site, Stripe, and the gateways for each platform. Changes ship to production as soon as the test suite passes.
How we work
- Small team, full ownership
- Whoever takes a problem owns it from the first conversation to the change in production.
- Built in the open
- The roadmap and changelog are public, and most product decisions start as a conversation with a creator.
- Three platforms live, more coming
- Discord, Fluxer, Telegram, and Stoat are in production, with Hytale next. The work is cross-platform by design.
Open application
Tell us which area you would want to work in and what you would do first. A link to your work helps more than a CV. We read every application and reply to each one.
