The subscription engine, revenue recovery and cancellation saves run on every platform Arcalotl supports. The capabilities below each have a page of their own.
The retention engine
- Subscription plans mapped to roles, with monthly, annual and one-time billing on Arcalotl's checkout page, where Stripe handles the card.
- Failed-payment recovery: escalating reminders with a secure update link, a grace period, and a private-channel fallback when DMs are closed.
- Cancellation saves: the cancel reason is collected first, then a discount, pause or downgrade is offered to match it.
- Term optimization: engaged monthly subscribers are offered a discounted annual plan by DM.

Capabilities with their own page
Cross-platform entitlements
One subscription grants a Discord role, a Fluxer role, a Telegram chat and a Hytale package at the same time. Define the access once, attach it to plans and donations.
Storefronts
A public page that lists your plans, one-time products and donations on one link. Built block by block in the dashboard, no server membership needed to buy.
Discount codes
Percentage or fixed-amount codes with use limits, spend bounds, member and plan restrictions, and a start and expiry date. Members type the code at checkout.
Members' language
The bot, the checkout, the storefront and the receipt in each member's own language. Set a default per community; we follow each member's Discord, Telegram or browser from there.
Member portal
One page for the people who pay. It shows every community they subscribe to, what they were charged, and how to update a card, change plan or cancel.
API and webhooks
A REST API over the same subscriptions, members, entitlements and analytics the dashboard shows, with scoped keys, idempotent writes and signed Standard Webhooks.
MCP server
Eleven read tools and one checkout-link write tool over the Model Context Protocol, so an AI agent can answer questions about your community with the same API keys.
