The member portal is live
Everyone who pays an Arcalotl community now has a page of their own at arcalotl.com/me. It shows what they pay for, whether they got it, and lets them fix, change, or end it themselves. Your bot keeps doing everything it did before.
Published
Read the reviews of any subscription bot and the same complaints come back. A charge appears on a bank statement and nobody can tell what it was for. A member pays and the role never arrives, and the only way to find out why is to message the server owner. Cancelling means digging through a bot's commands or a payment processor's generic portal that knows nothing about the community. The creator ends up as first-line support for billing questions they cannot see the answers to.
Until today, Arcalotl handled most of that inside the bot and sent members to the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal for the rest. That portal did the job for cards and invoices, but it had no idea which community the member belonged to, what a plan included, or why a role had not been granted. It also bypassed your save offers: a member who cancelled there never saw them.
The member portal replaces that page. It does not replace anything in your bot.

One page per community
After signing in, a member sees every community they pay for through Arcalotl. Opening one shows the plan and its price, the next payment date, the card on file, and the full list of invoices with Stripe receipts to download. One-time purchases and donations are listed separately from subscriptions.
Below that sits the part no payment processor could show: every benefit the plan includes and whether it was delivered. A role that could not be granted says why, in plain words, with a retry button. A member who left the server sees a rejoin link. A Telegram group invite that was never used is still there to click. This is the screen that used to be a support message to you.

The same billing actions, still running your flows
Members can change plan, update their card, undo a scheduled change, and reactivate a subscription that is ending. Cancelling goes through the same guided flow the bot runs, including your save offer, so save rates and the attribution behind them stay whole. A member who accepts a pause or a discount in the portal shows up in your dashboard exactly like one who accepted it in Discord.
Card updates open a Stripe page owned by Arcalotl on your connected account, with cancellation and plan changes switched off so the only way out is still through your flow. Card data never touches Arcalotl.

How members get there
Nobody has to remember an address. Every manage command in every bot now carries a Manage on the web link that opens the portal already signed in for that membership. Payment recovery messages link straight to the card update. The checkout confirmation page links to the membership that was just paid.
Receipts changed too. Arcalotl now sends one on every successful payment. It names the community, shows the statement descriptor exactly as the bank prints it, and carries a Manage membership button. The next time someone searches their inbox for a charge they do not recognise, the answer and the fix are in the same email.
Members can also open arcalotl.com/me directly and sign in with Discord, Fluxer, or Telegram, or with a one-time link sent to the email they paid with. Signing in reads only who the member is. Linking a second platform account from the portal takes one click and no codes.
What this changes for you
- Fewer billing questions in your DMs. Members can see the answer to "what was this charge" and "why don't I have the role" before they ask.
- Fewer disputes. A charge that can be traced to a community and a receipt in two clicks is rarely charged back.
- Save offers reach everyone who cancels, not only the members who cancel through the bot.
- Your branding on the page members see. The portal shows your community name, icon, and support contact, not a processor's generic form.
- Nothing to set up. The portal is on for every community today. If you want members to sign in with Discord or Fluxer directly, register the portal callback on your application; the docs list the exact URLs.
What does not change
Every command members use today keeps working. Subscribe, manage, cancel, and plan switching still run inside Discord, Fluxer, Stoat, Telegram, and game servers. The portal is an additional surface for the same actions, backed by the same records, so a member can start in the bot and finish on the web without either side losing track.
Money still moves directly to your Stripe account, and the fee is still 2% of each successful payment. There is no charge for the portal.
